Shake it like a polaroid picture!
I have been in love with old fashioned film and photography for quite a while now and when I got the new polaroid 300 for christmas I was over the moon! The photos come out smaller than the old polaroid cameras, but I don't mind because at least you can easily get your hands on the film compared to the older films they stopped making and you had to bid about £30 for on ebay! Anyway here are a few pics from over the hols.. expect a lot more to come! :)

I just love how retro they look :D

poetic drawings
...from the other night, definately going to colour.. maybe on photoshop :)
'Safety pins stuck in her tangled hair,
and black that stains her eyes,
a pendant hung so carelessly,
a look that does not lie.'

Readers Digest illustrations
For our illustration application module at uni we had to come up with some illustrations for a Readers Digest article. Here are my two finals, I still need to work on the third one. I still think the tie one needs a lot of work, but I wanted to show what they looked like actually in the magazine :)

Photoshop practice
I've been reeeally into digital work lately and the work of loish and alicexz on deviantart if you've heard of them and every now and then their work inspires me to go a bit photoshop mad because I just love the effects you can achieve from it, but it takes a lot of hard work especially for someone who is naturally more comfortable using traditional media. Anyways heres a couple of pieces I've done recently :)
